The Best Place To Live In

For weeks now, the family has been busy looking for the best place/house to live in here in the south part of the country. Yesterday, my dearest and I went to Mactan to meet with an agent/house broker. Thankful that they are both Christians, we also discerned their honestly when they brought us to the sites.

This is the Deca Homes. A 2-storey unit payable thru Pag-ibig. Equity costs only P20,000 but we can immediately move in the next month. However, the amount payable thru Pag-ibig costs almost P8,000/month. Though the place is very good, we cannot afford that price.

The next site we drove in was the Angelica Homes offering the  Angel and Angelique model. The image above is in Ibabao, Cordova but we visited the same model in Pajac, Mactan. I love the Mactan area. It is a great place for a family vacation. There are many cheap travel deals for Mactan.

I love the Angel model in the corner lot costing to P680,000+. Also the Angelique sounds good. Same as the first one: 1-storey but ready for a 2-storey unit. Only, you be the one to build the next floor. Oh, we can’t do that!

Anyway, we still have a few units to visit with the broker next week in the North of Cebu. With all of these in store, we keep every decision to God and what His will is for us. For the family, the balance scale is still in use, since this is a lifetime payment and a big decision to make.
