A Food Experience @ Cheesesteaks, Burgers and Drinks

Last February 2, I was invited to grace a very delicious event in Ayala Triangle Gardens Makati. The restaurant: CBD a.k.a Cheesesteaks, Burgers and Drinks. It was my first time to set foot at Ayala Gardens. Pretty cool and very relaxing.

Arriving at CBD, I was greeted warmly by Chef Chiloy, Ms. Marj and their associates. Chef showed me the human size menu posted at the wall just beside the counter. Cool!

After answering a lot of Q’s for my Food Republic site, he then asked what I want to try. Hmmm.. Since it’s my first time in the restaurant, it took me quite a while to compose my order.

The first to arrive at my table was the Blueberry Cheesecake shake and bake. The milkshake and my fave cake blended together tasted really lovely. I was then told that a cup of shake and bake has 4 scoops of ice creams in it. Smooth!

After 5 minutes, my Cheesesteak sandwich landed beside my shake and bake. Imagine a sandwich overloaded with beef angus topped with a very creamy cheddar cheese sauce. I must admit it’s a bit pricey for P285, but you’ll definitely get satisfied.

It didn’t take long before my burger sets in. Chef suggested I order Frankfurt Trio Cheeseburger. It has 3 kinds of cheeses in it- cheddar, swish and mozarella. My kind of stuff.
