When God Speaks, Listen..and be Reminded

Last night, before I go to bed, I was convicted  to read my notebook of prayers. Around 3:40 this morning, I woke up on a very bad dream and decided to read my bible instead of facebook-ing. Took out my old bible and long notebook and turned on the first pages. There I found the very first day God spoke to me through a verse:

“The Father will give you whatever you ask for in my name. You have not asked for anything in this way before but now you must ask in my name. And it will be given to you, SO THAT YOU WILL BE COMPLETELY HAPPY.” (John 16:23b-24)

UNIQLO Recovery Assistance Project: Revisiting Japan

UNIQLO-a leading global Japanese retail holding company that designs, manufactures and sells clothing (under five brands: Comptoir des Cotonniers, g.u., Princesse tam.tam, Theory, and UNIQLO), is the world’s fourth largest apparel retail company and UNIQLO is Japan’s leading specialty retailer.

On February 28, 2012 in Tokyo, Japan, UNIQLO announced the launch of its next phase of assistance to the revitalization of communities in the Tohoku Region that were most affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake that struck on March 11, 2011. Under this project, known as the UNIQLO Recovery Assistance Project, the company partnered with five NGOs for three years and opened new stores in the hardest-hit communities.  Continue reading →
